Welcome to the Spanish School of
Calgary. We are pleased to announce Spanish classes beginning on January 14, 2012, at Forest Lawn High School.
The school has opened another location for adults interested in
tutoring and week day evening classes at 1710 Centre Street North.
Also, we have a Spanish Library Service and English as a second
language for Latinos.
Families can learn Spanish together. We offer Saturday classes for
both adults and children starting at the age of four. We offer a
class for adults on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 1710 Centre
Street North.
All of our instructors are of Latin origin, and have a background
in teaching. We continue to have close cooperation with the Hispanic
Community of Calgary. We occasionally have “Fiestas” which
allow us to observe the hard work of our students, listen to Latin
music, dance, and sample Latin American food. These things give
our students the opportunity to experience Latin culture while learning
Spanish.
We encourage you to register early as many of our students will
be returning to the school. If you have any questions, please leave
us a message at 235-6340, or send us an email at spanish1@telus.net.
We are on facebook!
